Husband's Frostgrave warband

This is my husbands Frostgrave warband he commissioned me to paint for him. The wizard and apprentice are from the Reaper website in their bones section and the rest are shield maiden infantry / rangers from Shield Wolf Miniatures.

I was asked to stick to a colour scheme of deep reds, browns and gun metal. I think the colour scheme turned out great and he really love them.

I used a variety of Army Painter, Vallejo and Citadel paints. With this miniature however I used mostly Army Painters paints as it is my largest collection of paints I currently have.

I used the Monte Marte mini detail brush set to achieve the finer details.

Some of these miniatures have been based using citadel Stirling mud and painted in a similar colour scheme to match the resin bases used on the rest of the miniatures.
