We have printed the Dragon Galley on our Ender 3 using eSUN PLA+ Filament plastic for use in table top games such as Frostgrave, DnD and any other medieval RPG table top games.

My husband has altered the front of the boat from the original STL file as we did not like the look of it and he has modified the boat to be a sail boat not a row boat, using 3D printed parts and dowel.

We still need to add the ropes and sales and I would also like to add some cannons and create a pirate based warband.

I painted this boat in December of 2019 using the Monte Morte paint range for the wood. The silver is from Citadel paints and the burgundy was from the Army Painter paint range.

I have primed with vehicle primer filler to cover some of the prints layer lines then I under coated in flat black spray. I have dry brushed with Monte Morte burnt sienna and then yellow ochre to achieve the wood look. Both the silver and burgundy I have black washed.
